What if I don't want to use a template for my website? Can I have something custom built?
Yes. Norvax has an experienced team of designers that can design a custom site for your agency. Our goal is to offer a full range of options so you can find the most affordable website that will meet your business goals. Our custom websites are popular with larger agencies that want a design that reflects their existing branding and image.

I represent multiple companies. Can I list them all on my site?
Yes. We encourage all agents to include links to the various carriers they represent. It not only gives your site more credibility, it shows your customers that you offer multiple solutions to meet their needs.

How do I update my site?
All Norvax websites come equipped with our proprietary software program, SiteLever. SiteLever lets you easily add text, pictures, links and even new pages. If you can use Microsoft Word, you already have all the computer skills needed to successfully use SiteLever. back to top

I have many sub-agents. Is it possible to outgrow these tools?
No. Our full range of products is designed to be scalable. That means they grow right along with your agency, no matter how many sub-agents you add, or how many states you choose to work in.

How many carriers can I quote?
We are partnered with over 40 carriers, and you can quote any that you are appointed with. Norvax provides the only quote engine that offers quoting on the national level. It is currently licensed for use in 44 states.

Are your products easy to use?
Yes. We've designed the Norvax suite to be easy to use, no matter what your computer background is. However, while these tools are fully functional after a very simple set up, you will need to devote at least one hour to learn how they best work for you. This small amount of time on your part allows you to get the maximum benefit from your tools right away.

What kind of support do you offer for your tools?
We want you to get up to speed fast on your tools so you can begin improving your sales. We offer free trainings 5 days a week at 10:00 a.m. CST. As long as you are a Norvax client you are welcome to attend unlimited trainings on our products.
